Regulations on confirmation of booking information

– Requests for reservations and service reservations must be sent in writing in the form of an email with full information: Guest’s full name, booking date, return date, and room type.

– Number of guests/ rooms.

– Number of rooms (if any), total number of guests (adults, children), price … and other requests (if any) before the arrival date (according to the hotel’s booking or reservation confirmation file).

– Booking confirmation or service booking will be valid when the customer receives the Hotel’s confirmation. The confirmation of the reservation or reservation is made in writing with full payment details.

– Checking the availability of the room/ service over the phone is not considered a confirmation of a reservation or reservation of the Hotel.
