General rules

The following Rules and Regulations have been put in place to ensure safety, and stability and protect the interests of Customers. The regulations will be strictly implemented by the entire Management Board and staff of the Hotel with the desire to ensure that all Guests enjoy the facilities, services, and benefits of the Hotel.

1. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel area.

2. Smoking is permitted only in places with permissible signs and/or outside the balcony of the room. Never smoke in unauthorized places and/or in rooms (except in balcony areas). In case of violation of this regulation, guests must pay compensation fees for the restoration, deep cleaning, and deodorization of odorized equipment and utensils when smoking is detected causing odors in the room.

3. Behave properly in public: Respect the order of first come, come later; Priority is given to pregnant women, people with disabilities, the elderly, and the frail; Do not make noise, or scream; Do not put your feet or rests on chairs and do not do other uncultured acts in public areas; Manage children in public areas.

4. Please return the room key (card) to the Front Desk staff upon check-out.

5. Please store your valuables in the room safe or store them at the front desk. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Guest’s personal property in case the Guest fails to comply with the regulations.

6. When leaving the Guest room, ensure that (a) all electrical appliances have been returned to their original state; (b) the door of the room has been securely locked; and (c) do not give the room key (card) to another person.

7. It is strictly forbidden to cook in the room. Requires the use of electrical appliances for their intended purpose.

8. Do not bring food and beverages purchased outside into the Hotel. If brought in, please pay an additional service fee according to the regulations of each property. At the same time, the Hotel will not be responsible for food hygiene and safety when Guests use takeaway food from outside.

9. Do not bring smelly fruits (durian…) into the room.

10. No weapons, chemicals, or explosives are allowed in the Hotel area at any time.

11. Some items in the Living room will be charged if lost or broken. Please refer to the list of items to be charged/sold in the room.

12. It is strictly forbidden to conduct illegal activities on the Hotel premises such as gambling, prostitution, stealing belongings, or using stimulants.

13. Hotels have the right to prevent adults from sharing with children if there are grounds to believe that children and adults sharing rooms are not related by blood or show signs of abuse towards children.

14. In case of theft of Customer’s property: Guests must maintain and store their personal belongings at the Hotel. In the event of a theft, the Hotel is responsible for coordinating with guests and relevant authorities to track down the property and perpetrators. And if the stolen guest’s property is proved by the Hotel’s staff, the Hotel is responsible for compensating that part of the property.

15. Guests are only allowed to dry clothes in the bathroom area of the room. If you wish to dry your clothes on the balcony and/or other public areas, please pay an additional service charge equivalent to 70% of the hotel’s laundry cost for each item that is not by the regulations.

16. Guests do not iron items in the room except in rooms equipped with specialized ironing equipment.

17. In case a Guest is visiting the Guest at the Hotel area, please inform the Reception. For security reasons, guests are not allowed to enter guest rooms after 21:00. If the Guest wishes to invite the Guest to stay overnight, the Guest must register with the Hotel Reception and pay the accommodation fee according to the regulations of the Hotel.

18. Please wear appropriate attire when in common areas, especially in public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, etc. To show respect for other cultures, Guests are not in a state of nudity, including children.

19. Carry out other procedures as prescribed by the Hotel from time to time (if any).

20. The Hotel Management may request Guests to leave the Hotel without refund of any costs for guests who deliberately ignore and violate the rules and regulations of the Hotel.

21. This General Regulation may be amended and supplemented from time to time at the discretion of the Hotel to improve the quality of service and experience of the Guest, to be posted on the official website or sent additional documents to the Customer.
