Dispute resolution policy

Measures and mechanisms for resolving complaint disputes on the website:

– Self-agreement.

– Bring to the legal authority.

– Other forms.

– Sandals is responsible for resolving Customer’s complaints related to products/ services provided by Sandals.

– Sandals will receive/ handle complaints arising after receiving notification from the Customer for the purchase of products/services.

– Customers have the right to request protection from the competent authority in case the dispute with Sandals is not satisfactorily resolved.

– In specific cases, we will: Request the Customer to be responsible for providing accurate intangible and tangible information about the arising complaints and conflicts that need to be resolved that the Customer has found himself damaged. Sandals will resolve disputes according to the following process:

– Step 1: Sandals Customer Care Department will receive complaints from Members or the Sales Department that received customer complaints. These Departments proactively respond quickly and immediately to the results of resolving complaints based on the Policies published by Sandals.

– Step 2: In case it is complicated or not specified in the policies that Sandals has announced, the Customer Care Department/ Sales Department will commit to a time limit for responding to the Customer no more than 7 days.

– Step 3: Transfer the complaint settlement results to relevant departments for implementation (Sales Department, Consulting Department …) and call to confirm with the Customer about the resolved complaint results.

– If through the form of agreement, it is still impossible to resolve the conflict arising from the transaction, Sandals will ask the competent law agency to intervene to ensure the legitimate interests of the parties, especially for the Customer.
